The result is a pasteurised semi hard goat's cheese, aged for 7/8 months and refined in Traminer wine grapes.

Round and delicate taste with hints of wood and forest notes.

Among the awards won by this cheese we have a Supergold at World Cheese Awards 2016 and a Gold in 2017.
